Join us asDirector,Access Strategyin Wilmington for theCVRM Access Strategy team,where youwillbe responsible forleading US market access strategyfor the CVRM pipeline. The Director will collaborate with the functions across Market Access, Medical, Finance and the rest of the TA, and develop insights and strategies to improve our brand’s access, patientaffordabilityand net price.The successful candidate will thrive in arapidlychanging market access environment, create clear goals and inspiring plans, develop strongpartnershipsand makedifficult decisions.The Director, AccessStrategymanages all marketing activitiesfor the CVRM pipelineto support companyobjectives. Conductsanalysesof the market segment, including identification of key growth drivers,opportunitiesand risks. Incorporates results of analysis into product strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates expert knowledge and understanding of the clinical disease state to inform value strategy and access planning.

  • Leads the development of customer education materials and tactics to effectively execute the market access strategyfor the CVRM pipelineacross stakeholders.

  • Translates scientific and clinical evidence into clear market value propositions that resonate with payers, providers, and policy stakeholders.

  • Creates an integrated payer insight, evidence generation, and customer engagement plan to support access, reimbursement, and pull-throughfor the CVRM pipeline.

  • Aligns closely with brand teams to develop product value propositions and comprehensive value strategies across market access channels.

  • Partners torecommend pricing and compliant payer contracting approaches aligned with brand P&L, including innovativeapproaches to evolving market challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of market access strategies and execution.

  • Leads in the design and implementation of affordability programming thatensurespatient access while carefully stewarding brand budget andgross tonet impact.

  • Maintains expert understanding of the US market access landscape, including legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements affecting coverage and reimbursement.

  • Applies strong financial acumen tounderstandUS payer deal/no-deal analysis, informing contracting strategies and sustainable access decisions.

  • Develops robust measurement, analytics, andreportingplans to track performance,optimizetactics, and inform strategy evolution.

  • Leads and contributes to innovative approaches to meet evolving market access requirements,leveraginginsights, data, and external trends.

  • Communicates brandaspirationand market accessstrategyto key field-based Market Access teams, enabling flawless execution and alignment.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ yrs experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical,institutionalor related industry experience

  • Including 3yrsof Commercial experience

  • Understanding of the US market access landscape and the legal/regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals/healthcare industryrequired

Desirable Requirements,Skillsand Capabilities

  • Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science 

  • Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences 

  • Experience incustomer-facingroles 

  • Financial and forecasting experience 

  • Proventrack recordof consistent achievement or overachievement in developing and delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area 

  • Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential 

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and drive results 

  • Strong communication, presentation,collaborationand negotiation skills. 

  • Ability to successfully lead through change,complexityand ambiguity in a highly matrixed environment 

  • Demonstrated Learning Agility
